Band Member Information

ore dock logo2017 Summer Rehearsal and Concert Schedule:

Rehearsals are every Tuesday (with an additional Thursday occasionally) from 7 to 9 p.m. from June 6 through August 8 at Northern Michigan University in the Band Room in the Thomas Fine Arts Building. Band members must attend the rehearsals prior to any particular concert in order to participate in that concert, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Director. The first rehearsal on June 6 will begin with an orientation to the Band, and all members are asked to attend, whether or not they will participate in the first concert.

    Concert- Tuesday, July 4, 6:00 pm – Lower Harbor, Mattson Park

    Concert- Thursday, July 13, 7:30 pm – Presque Isle Band Shell
    Concert-Sunday, July 16, 4 pm – Bay Cliff Health Camp (schedule tentative; not open to the public)

Concert Dress

Concert dress for women is: white tops and black slacks or skirts; no tank tops; skirts knee length or longer; black dress shoes or black dress sandals. Concert dress for men is: white dress shirts; black slacks; and black shoes and socks.
